Measures we’re taking to ensure everyone’s safety during the COVID19 pandemic.
- Our lobby is currently closed to the public.
- Equipment drop off is curbside and our team members are wearing protective gear.
- All customer service will be completed via telephone, text, email and website forms.
- Consulting appointments are available via telephone and remote support.
- Devices that are checked in for service are triple cleaned – once at check-in, again on our service bench and a third time before we return the equipment to you. We are using 70% or greater rubbing alcohol solution for all cleaning.
- Our team members are all self isolating to ensure that we stay well.
