How Service Works  

At check in, we’ll collect a $99 deposit toward service. This is typically our minimum service charge. Service is completed on a first come, first serve basis. We know how critical your device is to your business/life, so we will make every effort to keep the wait short! If you can’t live without your Mac or iPhone for a few days, we offer FAST PASS APPOINTMENTS for some services (usually upgrades) and RUSH SERVICE. If you need a temporary replacement for your Mac while it’s in service, we also offer reasonably priced RENTALS.

Most repairs are complete within 3-10 business days! Need it faster? Ask for RUSH SERVICE!

Our Service Process

Evaluation & Diagnostics

We run deep diagnostics and thoroughly evaluate your device, so we can give you the best guidance.  Testing is usually complete within about 1-3 business days. 

Review Findings With You

Once complete, we contact you to explain what we found, review pricing for needed repairs, suggest upgrades and receive your approval before doing anything.

Repair & Update

Once we receive your approval, we get to work completing any needed repairs and requested upgrades or updates. Then, run a final check to make sure everything looks great!  

Back In Your Hands

Then you can pickup or have your SUPER CLEAN device delivered, along with an in depth service report with repair details and any additional guidance.

Mac-O-Rama is a safe zone. All weapons are prohibited in our private business for the safety of our staff and patrons.

Wear A Mask If You Are Sick

We also offer curbside service, pickup and delivery, and support by phone or remote access. 

Squeaky Clean!

All equipment that visits our shop is obsessively cleaned  – At check-in and before returning to you.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in our showroom and during onsite service. For smoky environments, we offer remote services.
