How does this work?
Service is completed on a first come, first serve basis. We know that it’s hard to be without your Mac so we also offer expedited services, appointments and Mac rentals.
Check in for service and pay a service deposit. Diagnostics are completed in about 24-48 hours. Then, we’ll call you to explain the problem, provide a complete price quote, suggest any needed upgrades, and get your approval.
If your technical issue is software related, we’ll go straight to repair. If not, we may need to wait for parts. Most parts arrive within 1 – 3 business days, but we will contact you if we expect further delay.
Our certified, experienced, highly skilled techs will replace parts, resolve software issues and run final diagnostics. As soon as your repair is complete, a service representative will prepare a report for you, and call you to let you know that your Mac is ready to come home!
