How Service Works  

At check in, we’ll collect a $59 deposit toward diagnostics. This is typically our minimum service charge. Service is completed on a first come, first serve basis. We know how critical your Mac is to your business/life, so we will make every effort to keep the wait short! If you can’t live without your Mac for long, we offer FAST PASS APPOINTMENTS for some services (usually upgrades) and RUSH SERVICE. If you need a temporary replacement for your Mac while it’s in service, we also offer reasonably priced RENTALS.

Most repairs are complete within 3-10 business days! Need it faster? Ask for RUSH SERVICE! 

How To Get Started

3. Arrive & park in a # spot.
4. Call or text 775-626-7751 (option 5) and we'll come out get your device. Wear a MASK : )  

Our Service Process

Evaluation & Diagnostics

We run deep diagnostics and thoroughly evaluate your device, so we can give you the best guidance.  Testing is usually complete within about 1-3 business days. 

Review Findings With You

Once complete, we contact you to explain what we found, review pricing for needed repairs, suggest upgrades and receive your approval before doing anything.

Repair & Update

Once we receive your approval, we get to work completing any needed repairs and requested upgrades or updates. Then, run a final check to make sure everything looks great!  

Back In Your Hands

Then you can pickup or have your SUPER CLEAN device delivered, along with an in depth service report with repair details and any additional guidance.
